We understand the gospel to be good news about Jesus, specifically his death and resurrection. So how can it be said that Abraham preached the gospel when Abraham lived thousands of years before those events took place? Yet that’s exactly what the bible says happened. We’ll consider this and why it matters in the third week of our summer series The Story of the Bible in 16 Verses.
